The output power of electric motor is defined by the following conditions:

• rated voltage indicated on the name plate at tolerance of ±10%
• frequency of supply voltage at tolerance of ±1%
• temperature of cooling air - up to 40°C (313K)
• altitude up to 4300m
• continuous duty cycle S1 according.

In case of deviation from indicated conditions the advisable output power should be defined according to the following formula:

• Pd = kt*kh*kn
• Pd - admissible output power
• kt - correction quotient referring to the influence of cooling air
• kh - correction quotient referring to the altitude
• kn - the output power indicated on the name plate.

The output rotation torque of the execution of the driving shaft end of motor is calculated by the following formula:

Mn[W] = 9,55*Pn/nn [N*m]

• Mn[Nm] - rated torque
• Pn [W] - rated power
• nn[min ~1 ] - output rotation speed
• Ms - starting torque
• Mmin - minimal torque
• Mmax - maximal torque
• ns - synchronic rotation speed

Standard sizes of bearings used are given in Table 4.

Vibration value is 1.12 mm/sec, for three-phase motors with over­all dimensions of 63 and 80 mm and 1.8 mm/sec, for motors with overall dimensions 90...160 mm., for single-phase motors dimen­sions — 2.8 mm/sec.

Average value of noise level measured at motor idle rotation does not exceed values given in Table 6.

Note: Values in denominator are given for motors with greater power.

The degree of protection of the electric motors is IP54 or IP55 according to IEC 60034-5.

The dimensions of the driving shaft end are indicated in the Table 10, (Fig. 2) of overall and joining dimensions.

Shaft driving end has a tapped hole (Table 3), (Fig. 2).

Values of permissible radial and axial loads on the driving shaft are given in Table 5, where the middle of the shaft end is accepted as application point.

Height of rotation axis 63 + 100 mm.

The housing is made of aluminium with horizontal and vertical ribs. One ground connection on the housing is provided for usage in moderate climate and two — in tropic climate.

Electric motors with heights of rotation axis 100 +160 мм — can be mode of cast-iron shields.

Steel bushing is used under the bearing in aluminium shields.

Terminal box is caste as an integral part of the housing and pro­vided with a cover.

Stator winding is impregnated on a vacuum plant.

Overall dimensions and motor dimensions for installation and con­nection are given on Fig. 2 and in Table 10.

Technical data for single-speed three-phase motors are given in Table 7, for multispeed three-phase motors — in Table 8 and for single-phase motors — in Table 9 where:

• Ip/ln — starting to nominal current ratio;
• Tmax/Тн — max to nominal torque ratio;
• Tp/Tn — starting to nominal torque ratio;
• Cos(f)— power factor;
• Co — operating capacitor

Motors are painted into the following main colours:

grey — RAL 7012, blue — RAL 5010, black — RAL 9017.

The electric motors are offered with the following supply voltage and frequency:

• single-phase 230V/50 Hz
• three-phase 400 V- Y-50 Hz, 400 V- Д-50 Hz

The rated output and the rotation speed are 20% higher at frequency 60Hz than the same parameters at the frequency 50Hz.
